My name is Jamie and I'm a wedding photographer based in Nashville, TN! My favorite hobby became a business in 2012, and every day I'm more grateful/excited/surprised by all of the laughter, adventure, and friendships that have come with it over the years. I have photographed engagements and weddings in Tennessee, the Pacific Northwest, Italy, Portugal, Ireland, Arkansas, Missouri, and am always up for new adventures!
I left my hometown of Knoxville to study theology and music in Nashville, and fell in love with the city. I learned the ins and outs of the area’s booming wedding industry by working under some of the best photographers out there. Nashville is my home base for now, and yes, I love to travel for weddings and engagements!
I’m a big fan of anything and everything outdoors, a classic cup of mediocre coffee, hunting down the best taco trucks on Nolensville, and writing worship tunes on my little black piano. If you like any of these things, I’m sure we’ll be quick friends.
I believe the photographs that matter most are the ones that capture the raw emotion of every moment; the ones that pull your heart back into the scene every time you look at them.
I love capturing the big moments that you will never forget, and the little moments when you think that no one is watching. So whether it's a family picnic in a park, a walk through the forest with your new fiancé, or an elegant wedding in a cathedral, my goal is to capture every bit of emotion in your story; beautiful, personal, and just as unique as you are.

"My biggest fears were looking awkward and uncomfortable in all my engagement photos, because being intimate in a photo can be tough! However, Jamie was so comfortable to work with... It was a blast and I would book her again any day! She offered us so many poses, captured the nature and light perfectly, and asked us for poses we thought of or wanted to try."

"As the bride's mother, I found Jamie to be a calm and unobtrusive addition to the wedding day. She was professional, pleasant, always smiling. We could fully trust her work. The pictures captured the day beautifully and are excellent in quality."
Christy Brasser - Nashville, TN
"Jamie handled our extended family plus dreary cold weather like a pro! So many different combinations of shots and it was all done painlessly and effortlessly. Even our 6 year old said, 'That wasn't so bad!' at the end of it all."
